Superinvestors

Synopsis

What separates the good investors from the super investors?

In Superinvestors, the answer is clear: winning in the markets is not just about financial strategy; it is a profound matter of character. After 27 years in the markets, Jared Dillian confronts the uncomfortable truth that losing money in the markets is more than just bad luck—it is also a failure of character.

Super investors all share common traits, psychological tendencies that coincide with profitability, and these traits are durable and repeatable over time. Dillian identifies 20 durable, repeatable traits that consistently coincide with long-term profitability.

From emotional fitness and intellectual flexibility to the counterintuitive necessity of disagreeableness, these qualities are what truly separate the good from the great. This book serves as both a roadmap for investing excellence and an invitation to self-improvement.

Whether you are a seasoned pro or an aspiring trader, Superinvestors challenges you to look inward, cultivate the necessary character traits, and elevate your performance by becoming not just a better investor, but a better person.
