“I have been managing teams of various sizes since the mid 1990s. Some teams were small, just three people including myself. But I also managed Insider’s News division, which has 80 people scattered between London, New York, California, and Singapore. Insider employs about 600 journalists globally and 800 employees in total (at the time of writing) and I am on the company’s executive committee, which broadly supervises all of them.”
