Unknown Market Wizards Pre-order Offer Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This promotional offer (the "Offer") is run by Harriman House, an imprint of Pan Macmillan. Pan Macmillan is a trading division of Macmillan Publishers International Limited, a company registered in England with registered number 02063302 and registered office at Cromwell Place, Hampshire International Business Park, Lime Tree Way, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG24 8YJ (the "Promoter").
2. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By making a claim under this Offer, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in your disqualification from the Offer.
3. This Offer is open to participants in any country where it is lawful for them to participate, and who are aged 18 years or over at the time of making a valid claim. This Offer is void in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. The Offer is open for claims from 06:00 29th April 2026 until 23:59 (GMT) on 29th May 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Claims submitted outside of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
5. To make a valid claim, you must have made a qualifying pre-order purchase of any format of Market Wizards: The Next Generation by Jack D. Schwager and George Coyle (the "Book") from any online retailer during the Promotional Period. In-store pre-orders are not eligible for this Offer.
6. To claim your Download, you must complete the online form at https://harriman-house.com/market-wizards-pre-order-offer during the Promotional Period, providing your order number and the name of the retailer from whom you pre-ordered the Book. Only one claim per eligible person is permitted. Multiple claims will be deemed invalid and may lead to disqualification.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or fail to reach the Promoter by the closing date for any reason. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Claims via agents or third parties are invalid.
8. Upon submission of a valid claim, a PDF copy of the first three chapters of the Book (the "Download") will be made available immediately via a download button on the form's confirmation page. The Download comprises the first three chapters of the Book only. The download link will remain accessible until 23:59 (GMT) on 29th May 2026, after which it will expire. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failure by a participant to access the file before the link expires.
9. The Download is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. The Download is protected by copyright and you must not reproduce, distribute, share, publish, or otherwise make it available to any third party, in whole or in part and by any means or in any format, without the prior written consent of the Promoter.
10. Once a valid claim has been submitted and the Download made available, it is yours to keep. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have cancelled their qualifying pre-order purchase with the intention of circumventing the eligibility requirements of this Offer.

12. The Promoter may at its sole discretion disqualify any participant found to be tampering or interfering with the claim process, or to be acting in any manner deemed to be disruptive of or prejudicial to the operation or administration of this Offer, or contrary to the spirit or intention of this Offer.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions or the Offer as required by the circumstances. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to communicate any material changes via its website.
14. All personal data submitted by participants is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with the Promoter's Privacy Notice, accessible at https://www.harriman-house.com/privacy-notice. Personal data collected as part of this Offer will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Offer and delivering the Download, and will not be used for any marketing purpose.
15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with this Offer or any aspect of the Download. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
