About the author
Daniel Goldie is a Senior Wealth Advisor with Focus Partners Wealth, one of the largest fiduciary advisory firms in the United States. He holds a BA in economics from Stanford University and an MBA from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He is a CFA® charterholder and a Certified Financial Planner™ and has been frequently recognized by Barron’s as one of the nation’s top financial advisors.
Goldie co-authored The Prudent Investor’s Guide to Beating Wall Street at Its Own Game and The Investment Answer. He is also the author of The Retirement Answer which aims to help readers navigate the financial decisions surrounding retirement. He began his investment career in 1991 after retiring from the ATP Tour, where he was a Wimbledon quarterfinalist and won four professional titles. A former NCAA men’s singles champion for Stanford, he has been inducted into the Intercollegiate, Northern California, and Stanford Sports Halls of Fame.
