About the author
Clare Flynn Levy is the founder and CEO of Essentia Analytics, a fintech firm that uses decision attribution analytics to help both fund managers and allocators of capital to them to identify investment skill and bias – and continuously improve their decision-making.
Prior to founding Essentia, Clare spent 10 years as a fund manager, running over $1bn of pension funds for Deutsche Asset Management and later as CIO of Avocet Capital Management, a London-based technology hedge fund. Passionate about understanding human behaviour through data, she has spent the last decade analysing the investment decision-making of professional investors.
