Peter Lynch is the Chief People Officer and a board member at Cardinal Group Companies, where he helped lead the organization to back-to-back Glassdoor “Best Place to Work” wins. A globally recognized Fortune 500 executive, he has held senior roles at DISH Network, Western Union, LexisNexis, and Empower. Peter is also a top-ranked podcaster whose shows have outperformed The New York Times, Simon Sinek, and Harvard Business Review. A sought-after performance coach, he has supported an NBA coach, a presidential candidate’s senior advisor, a superior court judge, and executive teams across industries. As an entrepreneur, he built an award-winning mobile app used in over seventy countries and currently advises a tech startup that secured a $45M Series B; one of the largest for a female-founded company in 2022.
